5 Simple Steps to Booking

At The Chapel Company we help make Elegant Weddings S I M P L E.

Here is a quick guide to our booking process in 5 easy steps

Step 1

Contact us

Send us an email! We can help you find a wedding date that’s available, and schedule a showing if you want to come out to see the venue.

Step 2

Secure Your Date

Secure your date with a $500 non-refundable Booking Deposit sent to info@thechapelcompany.com. We will also send the Rental Agreement to sign and return at this step.

Step 3

Plan Your Wedding

Plan your wedding! We know it can take time to plan a wedding. Decide on your Package + Extras and let us know once you’ve finalized your wedding details. 

Step 4

Finalize Payment

Once you've finalized your wedding details, we will send you an invoice with the amount of your remaining Rental Fee. Payment is due 1 month before your wedding.

Step 5

Damage Deposit

The final step is sending the conditionally-refundable $500 Damage Deposit. It is due 1 week before your wedding. As long as there are no additional items that come up during your event, it will be returned to you.
